Cancellation policy
we can only accept cancellations in writing. For individual travellers, a cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival does not incur a penalty charge. In case of a no-show the first night of your booked stay will be charged to your credit card.
For groups and conference parties a cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to arrival incurs no penalty charge.

Check in
from 2pm on the day of your arrival. Should you be arriving later than 6pm please inform us in advance.
Check out
11am on the day of your departure. There is the facility to store your luggage at the hotel after check out.
Dogs
are welcome at Hotel Hubertushof. Please inform us prior to your arrival if you wish to bring your four-legged friend. There is a fee per day/on request.
